The people we choose to work with can make or break a job.
So we’re very, very careful who we work with.
We only take on projects when we know we can complete them on time and to a standard.
If that means we go without a project for a week or a month, so be it. We want to be on the top of your list next time you need a job done.
To do this, we need subbies that think like we do. Painters with egos, who won’t put their roller down until they’re completely satisfied with the finish.
Plumbers and electricians that are neat and tidy and don’t cut corners. Joiners that never ‘say that’ll do”.
It must be right and we don’t want to be pushing them. We choose people who push themselves.
It’s easier on us as we manage the build. And it’s easier on you, because you’ll never have to have an awkward conversation with us about quality.
If there’s a issue, we’ll be going out of our way to make sure it’s fixed and you never know about it.
