We haven’t had a nightmare in our 30 plus years building new homes… and it’s not luck.  

We’ve had hiccups due to unexpected weather… or material supply, but there has never been a major stuff up. Never.

That’s probably because we’re not greedy. We don’t book so many jobs in, that we have to cross our fingers and hope nothing goes wrong. We only take on the work we can mange comfortably… with time to breathe between projects to make sure we have a time buffer that keeps your dream on track.

This means we’re less stressed too… and available when you need us.

The quality of our work isn’t something we have to work hard at. We’ve been trained… properly. We have experience and not just a couple of years doing a course to be able to legally call ourselves builders. We’ve been builders all our life and we’ve been programmed that it’s either right, or it’s fixed.

We’ll never look at a job and think ‘yeah, we can get away with that’. It’s the best build it can be, using the materials and finishes that you approve.

Premium or budget, the quality of our workmanship is always the same.
